By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Editorial content. Our articles, interviews, digital editions, audio and other material (“Content”) are provided for information and inspiration. We take care that it is accurate when published, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current, and it is not professional advice. Restaurant details, awards, prices and opening times can change; please check with the venue.
3. Copyright and use of our Content. We and our licensors own the copyright and other rights in the Content, including text, photography, design and the Chefs MAG name and logo. You may read, share links to and print single pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, adapt or redistribute Content, or use it to train software or AI models, without our written permission. Photographs belong to the photographers or venues credited and are used with their permission.
4. Quoting and press. Short quotations with a clear credit to Chefs MAG and a link to the original article are welcome. For anything more, including republishing an interview or edition, write to hello@chefsmag.com.
5. Sponsored content and partners. Some features are produced with or paid for by partners, and some links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission. We label sponsored and partner content clearly. Our editorial judgement stays our own.
6. Contributions. If you submit a story, recipe, photograph or other material: you confirm you own it or have permission to share it, that it is accurate, and that it does not break anyone’s rights. You keep ownership. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to edit, publish and promote it on the Site, in our digital editions, newsletters and social media, and on all4chefs.com, with credit to you. We decide what to publish and may edit for length and style. You can ask us to remove published contributions at any time by writing to hello@chefsmag.com.
7. No accounts or payments. Reading Chefs MAG is free and needs no account. We do not take payments on the Site. If this changes, we will update these terms first.
8. Acceptable use. You must not use the Site unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, introduce viruses, or collect data from it by automated means without our permission.
9. Links to other sites. We link to restaurants, partners and other websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Availability. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
11. Liability. The Site and Content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the Site applies from the date shown.
